The knitting is done. I only did 8 repeats because I wanted more of a shawlette than a full blown shawl. Tomorrow I will get to see the true beauty of this pattern when I block it.
Check out The Walker Treasury for a swatch of the original lace pattern as shown by Barbara Walker. It is called Sunspot in her book. SK did a brilliant job of translating it to a triangular shawl.

Wow, you knit that one really fast! Looking forward to seeing more pics after blocking. How many balls of Baby Silk did you use for your shawl?
I really want to do this one, but I'm need to work up my confidence by finishing my Luna in HW first. A BS shawl might take me forever...
