Yes, Luna is finished

Four skeins of Pure Peruvian Alpaca from Elann in Atlantic Mist, and size 9 addi turbos. I have plans to make this many many more times. Thanks SK for such a beautiful pattern.

It looks so fine and delicate, is it really worsted wt? You are a speed knitter Grace! Did you do the extra repeats you talked about?

It is just beautiful, Amazing Grace. Lovely color too. I just frogged Sun Ray again. Poor pattern, poor yarn, they deserve better :-}

It's gorgeous! I can't believe how fast you knit--it looks perfect too. Are you happy with the size--would you make it smaller or larger next time? BTW, I wish I had a master blocker.

so many questions. I did not add extra repeats, I used more yarn then SK did originally and did not have enough for another full repeat so I did the pattern exactly. It is worsted weight, and it blocks wonderfully--as a gift I think it will be perfect, for me I would definitely knit it larger. The repeats were easy and again I have so much free time, I only knit on this during the day and it took 3 afternoons if I knit it at night too it would have been started and finished the next day, The Heartland (from Buffalo Gold) is moving just as quickly. I think the bigger yarns help==they aren't as fussy and diddly as the fine spun yarns, they would slow me down!!! Thanks everyone of the ego boost!!!

Grace, it does not surprise me at all that you are posting a finished shawl and I'm starting the 3rd repeat of chart 1. Absolutely QOS! It's beautiful and will help keep me going. :-}

Beautiful! It looks great stretched out. You are truly QOS, you knit them so fast!!! I'm still trying to finish my Luna... of course, sitting in front of the computer is not helping in the knitting dept, but I do have to catch up with blog reading too :-)
